Parsons Kia of Winchester

This is the third Kia Soul I have bought from them, the first two the customer service during and after the sale of the vehicle was great. This time I always feel like an inconvenience and their lack of communication is a joke. I regret buying another car from them I should have kept the one I had or went else where. There are only a select few who are great to deal with but this place has really went downhill.
