I was so very impressed with my sales representatives, Demario Street and Mark Fawley. They were knowledgeable, helpful without being overbearing and listened very well. Also I was impressed with their coordination of my purchase evaluation which spanned two days. The quote process was fair and while I've always enjoyed negotiating, was absolutely hassle free and efficient. Also, having been a Lexus owner for the past thirty years in the Chicago area and more recently with Barker and then Priority Lexus, it's great to feel like I'm dealing with an organization than understands luxury vehicle sales and service.
