Dirty, Shaking Car. Non-negotiating Dealer.

onEveryone was nice.
Salesman was not pushy.
BUT
Drove 45 minutes on the Beltway, always so fun, since they said in email we could negotiate.
Gave them details on our trade-in in email.
Gave them our budget in email.
Gave them our location in email.
Car was dirty.
Cargo area was dirty and dusty, and there were potato chips in front floorboard.
Really?
Car shook.
Took it on the highway and the whole thing shook so bad we both thought we had a flat (except tire light wasn't on).
Really?
No floor mats.
Not even after market.
Really?
Salesman said Koons details and does intense inspection on used vehicles and all come with 30 day limited 50/50 warranty.
Really?
Sales manager, William K, would not negotiate price.
Finally came down $300 but no more.
Really?
If they'd been willing to absorb fees, tags, taxes and title, they would have made $6000 cash and had a trade-in for half an hours work.
Really?
Wasted gas, wasted afternoon.
Really.
