I wish I could give zero stars. I had been working with the sales manager for a couple of months, finally found a car that would work and he assured me he could get it at the price I could afford. I worked on all the paperwork throughout the week to make the process easy on the day of purchase. Come the day before I called to touch base, just to find out that he had lied to me and tried to change the price to over a $1000 more than we agreed. He then acted like he couldnt go lower (when i have seen him go lower with me with another car) and turned into the typical sleazy car sales person we all have grown to know. He wouldnt take or return my phone calls. I dont know why I am surprised , but honestly this has been the WORST experience with a dealership I have ever experienced.
