Carnova has the best customer service, Cristina provided a shuttle service for me me from my home which 30miles away from Carnova in stafford for free! I was shown the car i was interested in , they gave me a chance to ask away all the questions i had and Tony did a good job answering. I took the car for a test drive with Tony and i was given a chance to take it for a second time with a friend who was helping me make a dicision. The team is very accomodating i had the chance to meet a lot of them and i bought the car! They washed it sparkling clean for me, picked it up the following day ( they were even willing to deliver it home for me for free!) I noticed it had cracked tires and they were happy to replace them for me. Overally i had an unforgettable first car buying exeprience in this country with Carnova.Thank you Cristina and team! I would recommend to anyone.
