Carnova

Just a week after I bought a VW Jetta in Carnova, the motor of the car lost all the oil while I was driving. creating a safety problem. I replenish the oil thinking somebody forgot to put oil, but all the oil went to the ground immediately, creating another problem because I had to clean the oil. I towed the car to the mechanic - VW service store - as Carnova told me the car has warranty - but VW warranty does not cover this kind of damage. The VW mechanic told me the motor pan has a hole that was barely covered, but it was not enough to resist the pressure and exploded. I asked Carnova to cover my expenses, and they do not respond. I reported the case to BBB and will continue reporting it to other consumer bureaus to save other people to buy in Carnova a car like mine.
