IPro would definitely recommend buying a car from here Christina made my process easy and understanding she worked with me as best as she possibly could especially due to me having to rush to find a good affordable car cause I had to turn my rental back in 2 days later. Con I would recommend getting you title and tags on your own Jessica (Title and Tags person) waits til the last minute to do her Job leaving the customer in a bind with the local DMV. She was press to take my $500 and was suppose to go get my title my vehicle the following week however every week after that it was a lame excuse after another until my tags I expired the manager was nice enough to approve me another set of tags however she waited til the last min once again to title my vehicle and then lied about it she told me that she titled my vehicle on May 17th today is the 22nd and still my car hasn't been titled. I spoke to 3 dmv employees who advised she didn't title the car. She then alleged that the DMV told her it would take 7-10 business days cause she dropped them off in person however 3 different employees from 3 dmv branches told me that's false if she came in person we process them the same day. So I definitely recommend getting a car from here but DO NOT ALLOW Jessica to title and tag your vehicle you will be better off doing it yourselves in my opinion they need to get rid of her and get someone who doesn't procrastinate on getting customers taken care of.
