Carnova

I needed to replace my 17 year old Toyota SUV and had been cyber-shopping for a "Nused" vehicle. I came across Carnova's website by chance, and I am so glad I did. I saw their ad for a "Nused" 2016 Acura RDX with low mileage at a good price. I also discovered that USAA (The United Services Automobile Association) has a business relationship with Carnova as well. I am a die hard USAA member- and they only work with the best, so I knew I would be dealing with a reputable delearship. Even though I live in Montgomery County, MD, I drove the 55 miles down I-95 to test drive the car. As soon as I entered, Carnova, Mark greeted me warmly and the atmosphere was totally chill and friendly. Very relaxed, casual environment- it made the experience so pleasant. I haven't purchased a vehicle in over 16 years, so I was nervous that I would have to deal with pushy salespeople. Not so, at Carnova! They were efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, - and actually gave me a very good price on my trade-in, too. They also had the car washed and detailed and took care of all the Maryland State Inspection and Motor Vehicle Administration paperwork. So, all I have to do is walk into the Vehicle Administration near my home and register the car. EZ-is the way I like it- and I really appreciate their concierge service as well. They had the car delivered to my home the next day- It's like Amazon for Cars. Carnova should change their name to Carmazon!
