Dealership Sales Review
I bought a car from this dealer shop. But, I don't recommend here. I checked from the website of this dealer shop and a lot of discount advertisement. I went this dealer shop by airplane to buy the car from the different state. Test driving, choose the color and decided to buy 'VW Passat' within a day. The dealer recommended service plans and the financial manager did other service plans, too. Please be careful to join the service plans. You can join later if you want to. I recommend that 'don't decide immediately'. There was not enough information. The dealer and financial manager made you join the service plans and took long time to make a contract. You can just say 'No' and you can join later if you want to. I was tired and signed the paper even though I didn't know details because it took long long time until the signature. So, I tried cancel some of service plans, but it was not so easy even though next day or 3rd day. After selling the car, the dealer hasn't contact me. So, I have to call 'Customer Care' of VW and I got some help from them. Please check about the delivery charge or something details before contract. I asked the question about the double delivery charge after the contract, but the dealer hasn't explain details at all. Before signature, you have to check one by one everything if the dealer charge something wrong or something hidden charge inside. If you don't feel good, you should not sign and go to another dealer. Before selling the car, the dealer was so kind. But, after selling the car, I didn't get any phone call when I asked the question or something strange charges. I had to rely on VW customer care. For 3 months, I had talked with VW customer care manager and The VW customer care manager contact the dealer. I couldn't contact the dealer directly. The dealer didn't answer me or call me back. It has been terrible experience. It was nightmare. I had a very good impression about VW before. But, because of this experience, I don't want to buy a car from VW. Still now, I am waiting for refund check of service plan after cancellation. One check was calculated wrong and the other refund check was not received yet. Almost 5 months passed since I bought the car. I don't know when I can solve all this situations. I am still calling VW customer care about the problems with this dealer. I haven't get the detail answer about charging two times delivery charge. I asked about this answer by email or letter in order to discuss with the lawyer. I submitted and attached the contract paper, 1st deal paper, 2nd deal paper and why it was doubled. But, the dealer and VW customer care haven't reply by written email or letter about this matter. I don't know why the dealer act like this and why VW customer care can't get the detail answer about this from the dealer. I wonder where I have to contact about this matter? I have to contact to the U.S. government? Do I have to sue this dealer or VW? I don't understand this situation. I suffered several months to contact with dealer or VW Customer Care. It's terrible. I don't want to buy any more from this dealer or VW. Please be careful about this dealer and you have to check every details before contract if there is some hidden charge or miscalculation or strange name of charge. I have been patient to talk with 'VW Customer Care' for several months. But, it's too much. A lot of problems. I didn't write details. But, a lot of things happened for several months. Still I haven't get the other refund check of service plan. I don't know when I can solve my case. Please be careful to buy a car from this dealer. Still no contact from the dealer. I have to call 'VW Customer Care' in order to explain my situation. I talked about the problem of buying a car from this dealer and of getting service (refund of cancelled service plans) from this dealer together. If somebody wants to buy a car from this dealer, please be careful more before you make a contract. If someday needs to contact with this dealer in order to get the service or get some answers, please be careful more and if it is not so easy, you can contact to 'VW Customer Care' and you can get some help from them. I rely on 'VW Customer Care' and I have gotten some advice from the lawyer whom I know. I hope that you don't have any trouble like me.
