CMA's Colonial Honda
Dealership Sales Review
At first there was some confusion on the pricing of the vehicle that I was sent via e-mail. The price included with that description wasn't what they were offered when I got to the dealership even though I showed them the e-mail. Supposedly it was a mistake. I was really hoping the dealership would honor the price that was sent via e-mail but that wasn't the case, strike #1. Next, I was low balled on my trade-in by almost $3,000 according to KBB.com and Edmunds.com, striked #2. We couldn't seem to come to an agreement and the Sales Manager walked over and didn't say anything but hand me and my wife his card and said if we have any questions give him a call and that was it, kind of rude if you ask me, especially for a Sales Manager. If it were me I would have handled it a little more professionally, instead he chose NO EXPLANATION of any kind, just a card and good riddance, strike #3. For this treatment he lost 2 potential sales, my Mom was looking at a S2000 which she was going to pay cash for and myself looking at a Civc EX-L w/ navigation. This is the second time my family was treated poorly and have had to go to Richmond, VA to get a better deal and better service, I'm truly disappointed and promise never to step foot on the dealerships lot again. For such tight economic times you'd think a car dealership would try to pride themselves on customer service, especially a manager, but this doesn't seem to be the case with Colonial Honda.
