CMA's Colonial Honda

I received quote online for a new vehicle, had great correspondence with their online staff. Unfortunately, as soon as you arrive at the dealership, you are handed over to a salesman who has no authority to do anything. We wanted to trade-in our current vehicle, and they gave us a decent trade-in price. But when we sat down to go over numbers, the salesperson had to keep running to the manager. I had already calculated price and payments, but somehow their calculations were "off". We explained our bottom line price, the trade-in and the fact that our payments were not what we thought they should be. We finally left with a promise from the manager that they would call us back and figure it out. When they finally called me back (3 different times), they gave me a monthly quote, but then extended the payments by 6 months! When I asked for bottom line price, they didn't know it. At this point, we walked away and purchased the same vehicle at another dealership (Mechanicsville) in less than 15 mins.
