CMA's Colonial Honda

First-time buyer at this dealership and had to write how painless the experience has been. My sales representative- Dane K.- is a consumate pro who made the entire process enjoyable and worthy of future purchases. He did a very thorough job explaining the 2014 CR-V features to my daughter during a comprehensive test drive and followed up with a house visit once we surprised her with the vehicle Christmas morning! His level of expertise and no-pressure sales style was greatly appreciated and interactions with the sales management team and financial representative were friendly and professional. The greatest compliment I can give is that the entire transaction was a study in how automobile purchasing should be for the consumer. My only regret is that the CR-V will reside out of state and that we will not get to enjoy the service department at Colonial; hopefully the dealerships that my daughter will employ for service are as good as Colonial.
