Dealership Sales Review
Saw an ad in the local newspaper for GMC Acadia. Thought the price was too good to be true, so we called before driving an hour to dealership. The internet sales rep (Andy) answered and confirmed that the price was correct and the vehicle was still available. Drove to the dealership, and vehicle was sitting in front, ready to go for test drive. We were given the option (but not pressured) to keep it over the weekend. Drove back the following Monday to finalize the deal. Got a fair trade-in offer for our Grand Caravan. (I estimated $4000, and we got $4200.) Paperwork was completed, and we were on the road again in less than 45 minutes. Salesperson has sent courtesy letters roughly quarterly as follow up. Will definitely be my first choice for my next vehicle purchase.
