Duncan has again achieved the mark as one of the best in the automotive industry when it comes to service. It was tough after Mike's departure, but the gang got together and finally got some personnel hired and now it is running smooth again. Yes, they are a little behind, but give them a break and you will find service will improve. One of their top mechanics is out with back surgery so that has hurt them a bunch. I was down on them also, but I see what has been going on first hand and believe they have crossed the bridge and will be returning to complete excellence shortly.
