Awful customer service and very shady. I showed up on March 19, 2018 to see if they had a car in stock that fit the criteria that I was looking for. I SPECIFICALLY stated that I did not want my credit run until I know they had a vehicle similar to what I was looking for. I was told "oh we wont'". I should add that one of my reasons for demanding this was because I knew I was going to have a co-signer who would meet me there once a car was found, and I TOLD THEM THIS. They were not able to locate a car similar to what I was looking for. Needless to say, I left. Later that night, I got an alert that there was a hard inquiry from Priority West End. I called and complained about it and a "manager" named Tony had the audacity to say to me "it's just 5 points". I don't give a damn if it was .5 points!!! I was CRYSTAL clear when I told them not to run my credit. I mean, what's the point of running me credit to purchase a car that they don't even have?!! ESPECIALLY when the co-signer wasn't even there yet!! I'm extremely disappointed and I will be leaving this review on every site I can possibly find in addition to filing a report against them until this is rectified! I ended up buying a brand new Avalon from another dealer and I'm soooooo glad I didn't give my business to these [non-permissible content removed]
