My hat goes off to Rick Bradley!!! I have never had a more personable experience than with that fella when purchasing a vehicle. From start to finish he was very informative. I talked, he listened and together we both are happy in the end! He had the vehicle waiting for me to test drive and walked me around and not only explained every single component inside and outside of the vehicle he lifted the hood and explained the motor capabilities and even the thickness of the frame the vehicle sat on. (This was very important to me since my 6 kids are my first priority in safety). I left there not only knowledgeable about my particular vehicle but what to look for on future purchase with him at HymanBros!!!! I can not say enough about this "salesman" and his kindness and sincerity. I could go on and on about my wonderful and pleasant experience with Mr. Rick and the financial representatives,Deneise Hawkins who I absolutely LOVE and John Sensibaugh. These three people made it a pleasurable day not just for the purchase of a vehicle but when I left there I drove off from the dealership knowing I have truly been blessed with their conversations and making me feel like I was back home in South Carolina with my family!!! I will definitely be stopping by in between maintenance to say hello to them!!! OUTSTANDING!!! I will certainly post on here again to update everyone on how the after care of my vehicle is handled from the service department and any attention to details that may need to be addressed!!
