Crossroads Ford

LaTonia is an outstanding salesperson. We had visited another Ford dealership and were very discouraged. After arriving at Crossroads and speaking with LaTonia for just a few minutes, I could tell it would be a whole different experience. LaTonia is very energetic and excited about Ford vehicles. She is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and concerns, or found the answer. She was very direct on the price, and gave us detailed info, both oral and written, and presented it in different formats, based on our questions, to ensure we understood exactly where our hard-earned money was being spent. She actually listened to us and took the time and effort to share details, rather than gloss over it with flippant responses, as the other dealer had done. Both LaTonia and Jennifer treated each of us with the utmost courtesy. They did not address their questions to my husband only, as the other dealer had done. They communicated equally to each of us, and never just dealt with the "man of the house". I will definitely purchase any future vehicles from LaTonia.
