I had taken my car to Sears on 3 different occasions because my brakes that were just put on were sticking & grinding. FORD finally figured out that mysteryly my sensor was cracked. Not an accident. They were wonderful & very well priced. Did it very quickly, for not knowing what they were even looking for. I wouldn't take my Escape ANY where else
