Crossroads Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

My parents recently found themselves in a situation where their older model Jeep required more service than was feasible for the age of the vehicle. Ginny Farley contacted them and explained the situation to them and helped them find another vehicle that would serve their needs. It sounds so commonplace, but she went way beyond the normal customer service of any dealership! She gave them her personal cell and i was able to call and chat with her before they even got to the dealership ( I live 3 hours Away). The vehicles we discussed were waiting for them without them having to walk all over (which is not possible anyway). She is not even a sales person! She is my hero today and i appreciate asssociates that understand the challenges and do all they can to help the customer find what they need!
