Reynolds Subaru
Dealership Sales Review
I didn't think sales folks like these still existed. Their gamesmanship (and I use the identifier "man" because all the contacts are male) was even worse than the dealer from whom I bought the Forester. On the contact form, I specifically requested email contact only. Of course, I received a call. They gave a quote on a marine blue Forester, and I specifically requested black. They were very coy with prices, insisting that I had to come to the dealership to get prices. I had to block the dealership's number to stop the relentless calls. I had a salesman basically call me a liar and demanded proof of my pricing research - which, when he received it, told me I was making things up. I was patronized, condescended to, and all around treated poorly. I stopped all contact with the dealership after the lying accusation. They didn't get it - just switched my case to another salesman. I am a country girl and will always defend the lifestyle and good ol' boys - these folks are the basis for those negative stereotypes, unfortunately.
