Enterprise Car Sales Newport News

I saw the car on Edmunds. It was located at the enterprise car sales in Fredericksburg Va . The ad said they could transfer it to a local Enterprise. I paid $305 to have the car transferred to Newport News Enterprise. It was only a 2 hr drive away. The employees at the Newport News Enterprise Car sales division are so inept that they cannot finalize the transfer. I’m sorry I chose to deal with them. I could have saved myself time and money by driving to Fredericksburg to purchase the car myself. They keep delaying the transfer. It’s been almost two weeks now and still no car. The car is two hours away yet Michael, the salesman reminded me that they have 21 days to deliver the car. No one seems to know what they are doing at this dealership. I was promised by the manager that the car would be delivered on Friday March 31 but Michael said no one told him that. I am running out of patience with these incompetent people. I promise never to deal with them again once this is over. This has truly been a frustrating experience.
