I bought a 2016 Outback from them, and made a very very aggressive (but well researched offer). While they didn't accept the first offer, they also didn't laugh at it or insinuate that it was crazy. We quickly came to a deal that was better than any offers I had researched from any other vendors in Virginia. The sales manager Jay, and Paul the salesman were extremely helpful. The process was completely smooth after we reached a price, I had to listen to the mandatory clear coat/ undercoat sales pitches, but this was quick and done with no pressure. Elizabeth their insurance representative was also very helpful with transferring my insurance from my trade to the new vehicle. She also offered me competitive insurance rates from their insurance affiliates. I stuck with my provider, but once again this was done with no pressure. All in all this was the best car buying experiences I have had, and that's why I am writing this review. It is very rare that I am this satisfied. Do your research first then go visit them, I don't think you will be disappointed.
