Hyman Bros Kia

I purchased a used car from you all in October. I came in on a Saturday evening with the loan approval letter from my credit union and the sales person, Tony, proceeded to run my credit three times, without my knowledge, even though I had already been approved. I then returned on Monday to sign the paperwork. Little did I know, I was supposed to be given the Bill of Sale and take it my bank to fill out the paperwork. You all should have known this information, but I guess you just wanted your money. I wasn't aware of Hyman Bros. antics until I received three notices in the mail telling me I had been declined for loans from three separate companies. You all should be ashamed of yourselves! If this is the way you do business, I feel sorry for all the unassuming people who purchase a vehicle from you. Because of your scheme, I won't even bring the vehicle back for service! What a disappointment!
