Dealership Sales Review
The majority of my sale/process was done online. While the experience itself was generally straightforward and the staff were friendly, I'm giving 2 stars for the following reasons: 1. Estimated lease payment based on the parameters I gave on their website was not offered after credit check and I had the satisfactory required credit score and could not be explained. Was offered $100/mo more originally. Sales person tried to explain it as needing the required down payment but my calculation was first month payment only. It took unnecessary negotiation/prying for them to magically get closer to that monthly price, but still off $20-30/mo. 2. It was not disclosed until after the credit check and agreed upon numbers that it was a demo vehicle (4500 miles) used by the GM that nobody seemed to be aware of until the sale. Very convenient. It was not shown on the listing as a demo vehicle and showed "5 mi" on said listing. It's a lease so I don't care that much but feel like I should have been given an even better offer because it's technically used, moreso because the better number they gave was BEFORE "realizing" it was a GM loaner. 3. Spent 2 hours waiting for the vehicle to be cleaned/ready despite being told to show up whenever the next day. My intent was to avoid all of the unnecessary waiting at the dealership.
