Dulles Kia

Our Crosstrek purchase experience was excellent overall and we very much liked all the staff at Dulles Subaru. Some items for improvement are fixing glitchy software that caused unneeded delays in financing paperwork, increasing automation of the already too many forms needing to be signed and being more up front on meeting with the "extra" sales staff. We thought we were going to finance and instead had to meet with a salesperson for extra services. I felt this was kind of sneaky and not necessary to be handled that way.
