Our sales representative (Dick) answered all of our questions during a test drive, and Dick has always been prompt in responding to our questions after the test drive. Dick was never pushy nor did he attempt any “high pressure” sales pitches. We got the vehicle of our choice, and our offer was accepted without a hassle. We realized that taking delivery of our 2015 Toyota RAV4 at the month's end would be a busy time at the dealership. Dick did his best to ensure our final paperwork was handled as soon as possible. After taking delivery of our RAV4, Dick has continued to be very responsive in answering our new questions.
