CMA's Colonial Kia
Dealership Service Review
Took my wifes car back after first service call was a miserable experience but figured give dealership a 2nd try. Turned car in and explained what needed to be done to include a recall service and a repair to the cruise control which really has not worked consistently since the beginning. My wife(not me) gets call saying she needs these other services performed due to something about the warranty. The car was not brought in there for a transmission service, it was for a warrantied part and a recall part. The problem here is it was implied it needed to be done to get the warrantied part done. I called the Sales manager to find out what was going on and never heard back after he told me he would get right back to me and then 2 days ago I emailed the General Manager which again did no good since I have yet to receive an answer from anybody yet. My recommendation is to stay away from this dealership, service here is terrible. On my behalf i am glad I teach on the military installation nearby because I will let every one of my students know if you want to buy a KIA or get theirs serviced go to Richmond or drive to VA Beach but do not waste your time at this place.
