Southern Nissan Chesapeake

We spoke with Ashley a day prior to coming to dealership. Upon arrival we was met a the door by Jasmine. Jasmine informed us that Ashley was internet sale person. Eddy was the sale person that assisted us. Eddy appeared unfamiliar with their inventory. Then he pretended to located the vehicle. After 15 minutes a manager said it was sold an in transport. From the beginning of our arrival they laid the ground work to try to persuade us to get a different vehicle. I don’t know how effective this tactic is for Southern but at the end of they day it reflects negatively on their professionalism. Beware of this dealership.
