CMA's Volvo Cars of Charlottesville

My family has always had at least one Volvo in the garage during the past 30 years so we didn't have to be sold on the car. That said, there's nothing like visiting with a dealership where you feel like they really do care about you as a person and not just as a customer. My wife recently purchased her fourth Volvo wagon and she hates the entire experience of shopping for a new car. Volvo of Charlottesville changed her mind. The sales staff is first rate and the owner, Liza Borches, makes it her business to personally greet every new customer and know their name. After the sale, we recently attended a new owner clinic where we got a chance to meet the service team and other new Volvo owners in a casual setting after hours- great fun. Before buying our newest Volvo we've also had an occassion to use their service and parts department over the years and I've always found them friendly and accomodating.
