I purchased a car from this dealership in August 2024, and while the buying process was efficient and the staff initially friendly, the post-sale experience was an absolute disappointment. I was assured I would receive a second key, but after leaving the lot, the dealership essentially stopped acknowledging my existence. Despite the salesperson’s verbal promise that I could obtain the key through the service department, this turned out to be misleading. I later learned that I needed to order the key first, yet no one took the initiative to follow up. When I returned within two weeks to ask about it, the manager dismissed my request, stating that "too much time had passed" for them to legally provide the key. This was absurd—especially considering I had just spent $24,000 at their dealership. Rather than resolving the issue, the manager tried provoking me into frustration before finally handing me documentation to have the key ordered through service. I followed their instructions in October 2024, expecting a call when the key was ready—but here we are in April 2025, and I have yet to receive any communication. This dealership prioritizes sales over customer support—once you drive off the lot, their commitment to service vanishes. Having owned Hondas in the past, this experience ensures I will never own another one. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.
