Rosenthal Landmark Honda

Purchasing a vehicle can be challenging enough in itself! However, recently I purchased a Honda Civi LX-S from Landmark Honda. From the first time I called to talk to a salesman to the finance manager, the employees of the dealership were the most PROFESSIONAL and RESPECTFUL people I have encounter at a car dealership. With the concerns and issues I had to address with my trade-in through looking at the different models of the Civic, I never felt pressured nor taken advantage of by anyone at the dealership. I was even given time to just look at the vehicles without being crowded by the two salesman who assisted me. Even when I decided to think about my decision overnight, the next day (which was a busy Saturday for the dealership), when I returned to continue with the possible sale, I was AGAIN GREETED with the same PROFESSIONAL AND RESPECTFUL ATTITUDE from the previous evening. Once I decided to go ahead with the purchase, the salesman sat with me giving me an overview of the manuals while I had to wait for the finance manager. The finance manager was awesome! Even with being swamped herself, the finance manager explained everything on my deal. For my future purchases, I will return to Landmark and recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great vehicle and professional service as a consumer. Being a woman who has dealt with dealerships over the years, I thank Landmark for such a positive experience in my purchase.
