Rosenthal Landmark Honda

I don't even know where to begin. TERRIBLE. All is good until they have your money. Salesmen are rude, unethical, pushy, and straight up LIE. My trade-in was severely under-valued and the 2 salesmen (Ahmed and "Mo" Ali) both made promises as to what they would fix with the car I was buying but did not follow up on these promises (which were even written on paper). I was told to come in 3 separate times to get a scratch fixed on the car that they said they would handle but each time brushed me off and the final time they gave me touch-up paint to do it myself. Realy, Landmark? Really? Do I look like I want to paint, sand, and buff a car and risk screwing it up worse than it was? Do yourself and favor and avoid this [violative content deleted] dealership. Also, when I came on my third visit to "fix" what they promised they'd fix, Ahmed pawned me off onto his associate and never spoke with me again (He did however speak loudly and unprofessionally with other salesman, and on his cellphone the entire 2 hours I waited there to get NOTHING DONE. I'm about to get married and both my family and fiancee's family are loyal to Honda wand will certainly look to buy another in a few years as our family grows but we will NEVER deal with Landmark Honda or any Rosenthal Auto dealership again. I wish I could give this place Zero stars...at least the girl in Finance was helpful.
