This is my first subaru after owning Hondas for over 20 years. It is very easy to schedule service online. I wait for the vehicle and the waiting area is well appointed. The personnel are friendly and knowledgeable and readily answer all questions . The cost associated with the recommended service is clarified upon arrival.
