the sales department was mean to me after the puchase, the sales person actually stepped into my personal space. the service department at first seemed to not want to help, but over time the warranty has been honered and i enjoy their professinalism. this was all a couple of years ago when i puchased this car, and if this was then i would really be slandering this dealership from all angles i could,but since they made the effort to fix the car i can only say if you buy from a dealer and it's used, get a warranty.
