Sales person answered all my questions. He helped me understand the differences between car models. He was not pushy. He was patient with my inquires about features. He assisted me in becoming familiar enough with running the accessories so I could begin and use and manage those. He helped resolve issues the next day which I noticed once leaving the dealership.
