This was one of the most pleasant buying experiences. Before driving the GMC terrain, Shane opened the hood, walked me around the SUV and explained all the major features of the vehicle. As a woman I was impressed he wanted to educate me rather than just give me the keys and test drive. He listened to everything I said, worked to find me the car I wanted and it felt like he was a partner in my buying experience not just a salesperson hoping to sell a car. I'm thrilled with the vehicle I purchased!
