terrible service by sales department

onjust purchased a 2015 denali pick up they delivered it to me(30 miles away)they delivered it broken, the onstar had a bad brain and would not work I had to bring it back (60 miles round trip) and take time off from work they ordered a part I drove it back (60 miles round trip) and a half day off from work I asked them to at least fill my tank for the inconvenience since they never checked the truck before delivery to me. the sales manager CHAD said they could not do that. so chad here is your review they are price only no service after the sale
