I had a brake controller installed on my Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe. Scott, at the service desk, was everything you would want. He was friendly, helpful, & knowledgeable. If he didn't know the answer to a question he reached out to someone that would. The media center computer was doing funny things when I started up my car after the service & Scott sent the tech right out to look at the issues. The tech explained to me what was going on with the computer & what to do about it. He was a great help!
