Image Auto

We bought our van through this company, 3 months ago. We are now in the process of finding out many things that Image Auto Sales has dishonestly done to our little family. Including but not limited to: -sold us a bumper to bumper warranty that turned out to be more basic than a powertrain warranty - We were told over and over that all repairs were completed per manufacturer specifications. According to two body shops, it is unsafe to drive and will cost about $11,000 to repair the hidden damage. -charging fees that are not applicable There are MANY more things we are dealing with but are in the process of figuring out what needs to happen next. Shawn (the owner) is unwilling to fairly work with us. Sadly, he is only concerned about himself, so his "solutions" he is offering us reflect that. I hate to have to be involved in such dishonesty, but I can't stand by and let these things happen to another family. I will continue to update this review. **Please, do not do business with Image Auto Sales. It is not worth the risk and sadness it will cause you. I wish we would have checked out this site before even thinking about buying through this company.**
