Dealership Sales Review
I purchased a vehicle for my teen daughter. The sales process itself was OK and the sales person was very friendly and nice. After that, it took a turn for the worse. The dealership manager gave me every story he could about doc fees being mandatory (they are not in Utah.) Then the finance guy would not complete the sale because we would not provide references (they are not required nor does our banking institution require them (and didn't ask when we got our loan directly from the bank.)) The manager was rude with no personality. After 4 weeks of waiting for our plates, we send two emails to no response. So, we visit in person and the receptionist and sale person (short haired female) were no help. When asked who handled it they said they didn't know. Asked for a manager and she, the sales person, pipes off with sarcasm. Tyler comes over and also offers no help. All the time, Sasha, the sales person is standing behind him mouthing off (She could have and should have left.) When I ask her for her name, she says, "Why are you going to call the police?" Where did that come from?? Tyler gives me her name finally. As we are walking out, this "professional" comments to my teen daughter about what type of father I am in her view. How dare she. She is all of 22 years old and has no customer service skills what-so-ever. The correct answers would have been to invite us to an office, sit down, listen to our concerns, and provide information as best they could. That is what customer service is. There is no way I would ever buy a vehicle from this dealership again. While TC the sales person we dealt with was great, the rest of the team needs to be replaced or retrained. You are in sales. The customer is always right. If you disagree, then you agree with them and provide as much help as you can so they see they are wrong. Not sure who owns this dealership but they are doing themselves a disservice leaving it in the hands of Tyler.
