I had been looking for a new car for a long time and had horrible experiences with dealerships and their salesmen. Katie was awesome! Literally, the only salesperson that actually listened to me!!! She listened to what I wanted and made it happen. She told me what my options were, made other suggestions, but did not push another car I was not thinking of on me. Then figured out how to get the car I wanted within a reasonable price range for my budget. She also went out of her way to pick up two cars for me to see and decide on from affiliated dealerships! When the first one didn't work out, she found another and bought it in. I am very happy with my Jeep Cherokee, that I worked with Katie, and came to the right dealership....FINALLY!!!
