I’ve had bad experiences with Wades service Dept the last few times. I bought a service contract for oil changes at a different Toyota dealer. Wade’s service writers kept telling me that the price I payed at the other dealer didn’t cover the price of the oil change? Then to my displeasure I look under my truck to find screws and bolts missing. I decided at that point to do my own oil changes. The service manager is a great guy but unfortunately his crew is Not up to par, So now it’s time for my transmission service, so I’m pretty uneasy about taking my Tundra to have this service done. I pull a boat once or twice a week year round up and down a mountain. I need to make sure my transmission is taken care of. I made the call to Wade and set up my appointment and met Jon the service writer. To my surprise my truck was done in about 1 hour and 30 minutes. My last oil change took 3 hrs. There is hope for Steven Wade Toyota.
