I'm not sure what the hell is going on with LHM Lexus

I'll start by saying that Murray is better than the Lindon location, which I won't even get started one. Went to LHM Murray for a repair to my heating and found out that the warranty I was promised covered all interior and exterior damange, a warranty am paying a lot for, and for which I asked lots of questions, doesn't in fact cover what I thought. The man helping me, Bronson, promised to review my papers (because apparently this is an ongoing issue for LHM), which I emailed to him. I've followed up on this email three times and have yet to receive a response. I won't personally ever buy another car from LHM, or recommend them to anyone. Get it together.
