I leased a car and was assured that the financing was no problem. I had the car in my possession for more than a week when I was called in and advised I'd have to come up with $5000. as a down payment. I am a single working mom and had to withdraw money from a 401K to meet this criteria. I believe the information that I received related to qualifying for financing, and letting me leave with the vehicle, were unethical.

We understand completely your frustration, and apologize that things weren't able to work out differently. Unfortunately we do not control the financing of the vehicle, the banks do. And occasionally unforeseen issues arise. Again, we apologize for this and hope we can have the opportunity to work with you again in the future.
