Doug Smith Kia

I will never take another vehicle to this dealership! I went in twice last week because my car said there was something wrong with the hybrid system (I have a Kia Optima Hybrid). I don’t know if the mechanics here are lazy, incompetent, or just downright stupid, but both times I was told everything was totally fine. The second time I was even told it would be a few days because they were going to have a hybrid specialist look at it. When I picked it up, they didn’t mention anything about the hybrid system, just said they had essentially reset the engine light. Here it is, four days after I picked it up for the second time, and I’m still getting warnings that the hybrid system is broken. I will never come here again. They are completely worthless. I will avoid Kias in the future, and especially anything from Doug Smith dealerships!
