Doug Smith Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

After my three hour nightmare at LH Miller Subaru, on my way home I decided to stop at Doug Smith and see what they had in stock. Boy, am I glad I did. Doug Smith was NIGHT AND DAY better experience over what I had went thru at LH Miller Subaru. My salesman Jeff Hardman was very pleasant to deal with. I asked what used 08 Outbacks he had and he was able to show me them, and the prices right away. I chuckled and told him he had provided more service in 10 minutes then I had got after 3 hours at LH Miller Subaru. Jeff was able to run the numbers, negotiated a bit but never did the high pressure games. He didn't try to make me sign papers saying if he could get this price or that price I would promise to buy the car like LH Miller Subaru did more then once. In the end I ended up getting a great deal on a NEW 08 for what I was going to pay for a used one. They ran financing for me and got me a better rate then I had been pre-approved for. They sent the car to be washed and cleaned and filled with gas and I didn't even have to ask them to do so. Jeff spent sometime in the car with me showing me how all the cars features work. All around it was a great experience. Do yourself a favor and skip the other guys and start and finish at Doug Smith. I wish I hadn't spent 3 hours of being badgered at the other guys first.
