Doug Smith Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I had been looking for a Legacy 3.6R for quite a few weeks, and could not find what I was looking for in Salt Lake. I sent an e-mail to Doug Smith regarding a 3.6R on their website showing as "in transit." It took more than the promised 30-minute window for Derek Schwendiman to contact me (contacted the dealership on a Saturday at 12:58PM, received a response back on Monday at 3:51PM). Initially was not going to work with this dealership because of this, but he seemed genuinely sorry about the delay. When the car arrived at the dealership, I made an appointment to test drive. The car was ready and was clean. Overall, the purchasing process was easy and the F&I department did not "hard sell" the add-ons. (One tip: when you agree to a deal, say you do not want the theft registration. It's basically worthless. I didn't know this dealership automatically added it.) Derek was a great salesperson and knows his stuff regarding the product he sells. He also was very honest & upfront about everything and I did not feel like the dealership was trying to "take" me. Derek has also followed up after the purchase (which a lot of salespeople don't do anymore). I would recommend Derek and Doug Smith Subaru to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle.
