I purchased the car over the internet. Many similar problems as others have had. However, when I got to the dealership some 600 miles away, the staff worked diligently to resolve every problem encountered. Service recovery efforts by their sales manager and her staff was exceptional as was the service department. Their BBB rating does not reflect the personal service I received.
