I have always received excellent service from Waxahachie Ford. I have scheduled my truck two times for oil change service and they have completed my service on time and zero defects. It is great to conduct business with a dealership that actually understands "The customer does matter". I have dealt with other dealerships and they have forgotten this fact. Respectfully, Owen
