Routine oil change

I had received several oil change for free coupons when I purchased my Explorer in October, of 2020. But now that it was time for oil to be changed, wondered if I would be treated as a paying customer, or a nuisance with a free coupon. I was impressed with my service rep's response, and his courtesy. I was as pleased with the service I received, as I was when I went in to purchase my vehicle.
